Literally, "Esme, the Darkness of the Shadows."
Toughened by her past, and sobered by her ideas of the future, Esme is quite the enigma. She is the strong-silent type, who speaks only when she thinks it is worth speaking. She is distrustful, closed off, suspicious, intimidating, narcissistic, and to a certain extent, condescending. She constantly questions, contradicts, and will often inquire with regards to the "how" and the "why", rather than simply accepting the fact that 'yes, such a thing may occur without a logical reasoning.'
