Scipio had been stranded at sea for days now, he never should've accepted his uncle's invitation to travel with his band of Ravagers to find the biggest beast in the sea. His Uncle, Sergio, was the optimistic, clumsy, forgetful occupational hazard that most people avoided, but he was the only family that Scipio had left, and even he was losing his patience with him. Furthermore, his councilmen/women must've been furious with him, he hadn't notified them at an earlier convenience of his departure and now he didn't even know when he'd return. Â Scipio was in his chambers when the ship started suddenly rocking violently, it was enough to throw Scipio out of his bed. By the time he had got onto the main, soaking, decks, Scipio's mouth had dropped at the magnificent sight of a Sea Beast, resilient and huge and otherwordly. What was more bizarre was that his uncle Sergio was saddled onto the beast, with a rope lassoed around its neck. Â "That sword, Scipio, quick!" Scipio had picked up one of the Ravager's sword and wielded it at the beast, wherein transmitting an electromagnetic wave that had confused the functionality of its neurological senses, forcing the beast to spasm and lose control of its body. And within a few minutes, the Ravagers had retrieved the beast, containing it within seven layers of nets and dragging it back, with Scipio occasionally visiting the beast and paralysing it over and over. ` | |
